This three-hour course will focus on the basics of breastfeeding and caring for your newborn. It will focus on what to expect the first month from your newborn and as you get started breastfeeding.
This class covers what to expect for both mom and baby during the postpartum period which extends into the first year after the birth of the baby. Topics include postpartum healing, what to expect from your newborn and serious complications like postpartum depression as well as important ways to take care of self during the first year with a newborn.
This intensive and fast-paced class covers everything about what to expect during the third trimester of pregnancy, labor and delivery, postpartum concerns, breastfeeding basics and newborn care. This class is intended to be a review for parents that already have a child or a highlight of what to expect for new parents. Additional courses can be taken in areas where more information is needed.
