Wednesday, February 21, 2018 Beware of San Juan Regional Medical Center Survey Scam

San Juan Regional Medical Center wants to alert the public in an effort to protect people from scammers who are falsifying themselves as representatives of the hospital.
Those who experienced this scam state that a survey about the hospital has popped up on their device. The message tells individuals if they complete the survey they will receive a free Revel watch and they will only have to pay shipping and handling. Individuals believing this to be SJRMC want to give feedback on the hospital’s care so they complete the survey and pay the shipping and handling charge.  Later on, a second charge of $98.00 is withdrawn from their bank account.

The information linked to this scam is:

9901 San Fernando Rd Unit 17
Pacoima, CA  91331
818-392-9504 (Michael)

Please be aware that San Juan Regional Medical Center will never ask you for money to complete a survey. We do administer surveys over the phone through HealthStream® - our only approved third party administrator – but we NEVER solicit payments or offer free products. If a professional from HealthStream® does contact you following a visit to the hospital or one of our San Juan Health Partners clinics, the number displayed on your caller ID will be: 615-846-8410.
