Thursday, March 22, 2018 Get the Personal Help You Need to Quit with San Juan Regional Medical Center’s Freedom from Smoking Program
San Juan Regional Medical Center wants to help you improve your health by helping you quit smoking. The American Lung Association’s Freedom From Smoking® program is the leading adult smoking cessation program in America. Over the past 30 years, it has helped more than one million smokers quit tobacco for good.

The series of classes, led by a Respiratory Therapist, shows you how to quit in a safe, supportive environment, offering you the tools and resources you need to overcome your tobacco addiction. We know that each person’s journey is different. The classes use proven methods that help you individually understand your relationship with tobacco and how to say goodbye to smoking for good. Because of this, classes are limited to 12 participants in order to provide better one-on-one support.

If you are interested in signing up for this class and taking the first step to a tobacco-free life, sign up for Freedom from Smoking® today. There is a $25 supply fee. You can sign up online at: https://www.sanjuanregional.com/freedom-from-smoking.
