(April 2, 2013) – In recognition of the American Heart Association’s National Walking Day on April 3, San Juan Regional Medical Center’s Mr. Juan Hart will be leading by example. He will be at the Berg Park gazebo on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. Join us to celebrate National Walking Day and the first 25 people to see Mr. Hart will receive a free copy of Cardiac and Vascular Health for the Four Corners. Other heart health information will be available for all participants.

One: Exercise for 30 minutes, five times a week
Two: Eat five fruits or vegetables a day
