San Juan Regional Medical Center Outpatient Laboratory Services Now By Scheduled Appointment Only
In an effort to keep our patients safe during the COVID-19 National Emergency and to help reduce wait times, San Juan Regional Medical Center is moving to scheduled appointments only for laboratory draw services. This change is effective beginning Monday, November 30. Patients can call to schedule future appointments beginning Monday, November 23, 2020.
The Outpatient Diagnostic Center and Medical Office Building locations are available for scheduled laboratory appointments by calling 505.609.6285. San Juan Regional Medical Center’s Laboratory is dedicated to ensuring excellence in customer service for our patients with courteous customer service representatives and well-trained technicians to meet patient needs. If possible, patients are asked to come alone in an effort to continue practicing social distancing and prevent the spread of infectious diseases. If a patient does require assistance, a maximum of one support person will be allowed to accompany them. All individuals entering these locations will be screened, including having their temperature taken, to ensure everyone’s safety.

Laboratory Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Outpatient Diagnostic Center
2300 E. 30th St. Building C, Farmington, NM 87401
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
