San Juan Health Partners Expands Care in Aztec
San Juan Regional Medical Center is excited to announce an expansion to enhance the care we provide to our Aztec community. We now have two San Juan Health Partners (a division of San Juan Regional Medical Center) locations to serve our patients with the opening of our new San Juan Health Partners Walk-in Clinic.
120 Llano Street: San Juan Health Partners Walk-in Clinic
- Our 120 Llano Street location is now open as a walk-in clinic and will continue providing laboratory services.
- We invite our patients, both new and established, to visit us at this location Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for walk-in convenience when you need it – no appointments necessary.
- We offer lab services by appointment and on a walk-in basis
- For our patients who see our outreach specialists at 120 Llano Street, these services will continue at this location.
- Cardiology appointments with Dr. Jude Gabaldon
- Pediatric appointments with Nurse Practitioner Katherine McCrea
- Hemorrhoid banding clinic with Dr. Shermann Singleton

102 Llano Street: San Juan Health Partners Family Medicine
- Our 102 Llano Street location is now open as our primary care clinic where we will continue to serve our established patients and welcome new ones.
- This clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Our experienced team of primary care providers will be seeing patients with appointments from this location.
