San Juan Regional Medical Center Anesthesiologists Achieve Distinction as Fellow
San Juan Regional Medical Center is proud to announce that two of our anesthesiologists have achieved the distinction of Fellow of the American Society of Anesthesiologists® (FASA) – the highest acknowledgement given by the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
Jared R. Fuller, D.O., and Jonathan O. Jones, M.D., achieved fellowship in March and April respectively. This designation demonstrates their dedication and leadership in anesthesiology and recognizes years of commitment to exceptional education, advocacy for the profession and patient safety.
“I’d like to congratulation Dr. Fuller and Dr. Jones, two well-respected anesthesiologists at the top of their profession. This designation as Fellow shows that they are committed to continuously learning and growing both in their profession and as leaders, both of which benefit our patients,” said Jeff Bourgeois, President and CEO of San Juan Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Jared Fuller practices anesthesiology at San Juan Regional Medical Center. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa and completed both his internship and residency at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in San Antonio, Texas. He is Board Certified in Anesthesiology.
Dr. Jonathan Jones practices interventional anesthesiology at San Juan Regional Spine Center. He received his Medical Doctorate from the Medical College in Wisconsin and completed a transitional internship, an anesthesiology residency, and a pain management fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
