San Juan Regional Medical Center Earns Platinum Recognition from Family Friendly New Mexico
San Juan Regional Medical Center is proud to announce that we have earned the Family Friendly Business Award® Platinum level recognition. We received this honor for having family friendly policies that help our employees succeed both at work and at home.
Family Friendly New Mexico’s mission is to support employers that adopt certain policies that help employees and their families thrive in the workplace. The organization says these policies can improve productivity, employee retention and morale.
San Juan Regional Medical Center meets the family-friendly policies requirement by offering a myriad of comprehensive and personalized benefits to our caregivers, including:

In addition, we have earned the Family Friendly Business Award® Education Support Special Designation, also at the platinum level, for exceeding standard support policies, promoting employee growth.

Since 2006, San Juan Regional Medical Center has offered continuing education benefits to eligible employees.
