Walk-in Lab Draws Available at all Three San Juan Regional Medical Center Laboratory Locations
San Juan Regional Medical Center is now offering walk-in lab draws at all three of its laboratory locations. Lab draw services are available for walk-ins only (no scheduled appointments) at the following lab locations and times:
Medical Office Building
407 South Schwartz, Farmington, NM 87401
Laboratory Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 12:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
San Juan Regional Medical Center
801 West Maple, Farmington, NM 87401
Laboratory Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Outpatient Diagnostic Center
2300 E. 30th St. Building C, Farmington, NM 87401
Laboratory Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
All COVID positive patients and those with COVID symptoms will need to get lab draws from the Outpatient Diagnostic Center. We offer in vehicle, drive-through services at the back door by PPE protected laboratory staff.
