San Juan Regional Medical Center is an acute care hospital in the Four Corners region with 198 licensed beds. As a sole community provider of hospital services in San Juan County, New Mexico, the hospital delivers a remarkable range of healthcare services not only to the citizens of San Juan County, but to the people of the entire region. This is a single class meant for grandparents of all ages and stages to take and see what has changed since they raised their children.  Topics to be addressed will include newborn care refreshers, car seat updates, safe sleep practices, supporting breastfeeding, ways to offer support to your children and lots more.  It is also an ideal opportunity to ask questions and relieve any concerns you have.
