This three-hour course will focus on the basics of breastfeeding and caring for your newborn. It will focus on what to expect the first month from your newborn and as you get started breastfeeding.

Shaken Baby Syndrome Informational Course

This class covers all the essentials parents need to know about Shaken Baby Syndrome. It covers how and why SBS happens and how to prevent it. It includes important strategies to deal with excessive crying and how to protect babies from SBS. This critical topic is covered in all offered courses that discuss newborn care and safety. This class covers what to expect for both mom and baby during the postpartum period which extends into the first year after the birth of the baby.
