This class is intended to be a review for parents that already have a child or a highlight of what to expect for new parents. Additional courses can be taken in areas where more information is needed.

This class covers what to expect on your delivery day from the time you go into labor until baby is delivered. It covers tips for laboring at home, when to come to the hospital and what to expect once you get to the hospital as well as medical interventions such as an epidural. It is a good review for someone who has already had a baby or a good class to let new moms know what to expect on their delivery day.

This class covers what to expect for both mom and baby during the postpartum period which extends into the first year after the birth of the baby. Topics include postpartum healing, what to expect from your newborn and serious complications like postpartum depression as well as important ways to take care of self during the first year with a newborn.
