Wednesday, January 3, 2018 San Juan Health Partners Expands Family Medicine Services in Aztec

San Juan Health Partners, a division of San Juan Regional Medical Center, is pleased to announce it is expanding its family medicine services in Aztec after acquiring the William Barkman Family Practice clinic.

The clinic will remain at its current location at 102 Llano Street in Aztec and go by the name of San Juan Health Partners Family Medicine starting Tuesday, January 2, 2018. Dr. William Barkman, DO and Jonathan Kelly, PA-C, will continue providing quality care for their current patients and will also be accepting new patients. This means there are now two locations available for patients to receive family medicine services in Aztec to better meet community need. The current San Juan Health Partners Family Medicine clinic at 120 Llano Street in Aztec will also continue to offer family medicine care as well as a wide array of specialty services, which include cardiology, midwifery, neurology, physiatry, and behavioral health.

“San Juan Regional Medical Center and San Juan Health Partners are committed to meeting our patients’ needs by providing access to multiple services in one place. This recent acquisition is an example of that commitment. We want our patients in the Aztec area to have both convenience and quality without having to leave their community,” said hospital president and CEO, Jeff Bourgeois.

Because the names of both clinics are the same, and their addresses are also very similar, we are asking our patients to please pay close attention to which location they’ll be visiting to receive their family medicine services by verifying either the 102 Llano Street clinic or the 120 Llano Street clinic.

San Juan Health Partners Family Medicine (Drs. Arnold, Chiha, and Singleton) can be reached at 505.334.3404. San Juan Health Partners Family Medicine (Dr. Barkman) can be reached at 505.334.9441. Both clinics are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
