Meet the Midwives at the Sycamore Park Health and Safety Fair
The midwives from San Juan Health Partners Midwifery and Women’s Health will be at the Sycamore Park Health and Safety Fair on Saturday, April 16 and they want to meet you.
The four full-time midwives offer a range of personalized services to meet the specific needs of women in the Four Corners. They care for expectant mothers from preconception to postpartum; offer well-women exams; gynecological visits; and family planning.
Today’s midwives are highly-trained and certified. They are registered nurses with advanced education in midwifery. They are licensed to practice and write prescriptions. The midwives at San Juan Health Partners Midwifery and Women’s Health incorporate up-to-date, evidence-based medical practices and deliver babies at San Juan Regional Medical Center.
Stop by the Sycamore Park Health and Safety Fair on Saturday, April 16 between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to meet this great group of caregivers and learn more about the services they offer. Tea and snacks will be provided. Expectant mothers can also register to win a gift basket filled with goodies every mom and baby needs to get off to a good start.
