San Juan Regional Medical Center’s Health Information Management Department Moving for Customer Convenience
San Juan Regional Medical Center is happy to share that our Health Information Management (HIM) Department, also referred to as Medical Records, is moving to 300 West Arrington Street, Suite 101, to better serve the needs of our patients. The move is effective Wednesday, September 18.
HIM was previously located at San Juan Regional Medical Center’s main hospital. The move is designed to benefit our customers, with improved access, convenient parking and an overall easier experience obtaining medical records. It also enhances the patient experience. Our patients will now be able to visit HIM and billing in one convenient, easy to access location. HIM’s hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday through Friday. The HIM team is happy to assist you at the new location for all your medical record needs, with a goal of providing the best possible experience for our community.
