Sexual Health for Young Adults (Ages 18+)

The target audience of this class is 18–25-year-olds but anyone over 18 is welcome to attend. This class focuses on understanding basic male and female anatomy, what is recommended to maintain good sexual health, birth control options and how they work, including emergency contraception and preventing sexually transmitted infections/diseases, as well as signs and symptoms of STIs/STDs.

Shaken Baby Syndrome Informational Course

This class covers all the essentials parents need to know about Shaken Baby Syndrome. It covers how and why SBS happens and how to prevent it. It includes important strategies to deal with excessive crying and how to protect babies from SBS. This critical topic is covered in all offered courses that discuss newborn care and safety. This course goes over the essentials of caring for a newborn baby. The class is intended for both parents or any caregivers of an infant to learn essential information.
