1. Search For Openings
Click "Explore Opportunities" on our career landing page and search through Workday for the available open positions that best suit your qualification and lifestyle. We have a variety of roles within the hospital to fulfill. Your career is just a click away.
2. Apply
Once you have found an opportunity, click apply. You will be prompted to log in to your existing account, or to create a new one in Workday. You may provide a cover letter and any degree and/or certifications as well when uploading a copy of your resume. Tell us about you!
3. Screening
A recruiter has reviewed your resume and is ready to reach out to you. It's your time to shine! Tell us about yourself and why you are the best candidate for the opportunity.
4. Interview
If you are being considered for the job, the hiring manager/recruiter will meet for an interview in person, video conference, or on the phone. You will be asked about your skills, personal traits, and accomplishments.
5. Offer
The hiring manager has made their final selection and has let the recruiter know. You will be receiving a phone call shortly to inform you of the news. Once the offer has been verbally accepted, you will receive an orientation date as well as onboarding documents and your offer letter in your email. Onboarding documents will need to be completed and the offer letter will need to be signed to move forward.
6. Onboarding
You will receive a call from the Talent Acquisition Coordinator in 24-48 business hours for an onboarding appointment (2 weeks ahead of your start date for preemployment screens). Once you have been cleared, you will receive a clearance email with an orientation reminder.
7. Welcome to the Team
Our hiring process begins to come to a close as we schedule your orientation. Your career is just beginning and we look forward to seeing you grow with us.
